Honored to join the Chief Executive’s Policy Unit’s “Meet the Experts” seminar featuring Professor Zheng Yongnian. His insights on institutional openness and regional integration in the Greater Bay Area were thought-provoking—especially the idea of GBA as a new paradigm for the Global South.
