Israel, US agree on plan to end Gaza conflict

In my Phoenix TV program "Current Affairs Unveiled," I analyzed the Gaza peace plan, which included a ceasefire, hostage exchanges, and reconstruction arrangements in Gaza, garnering support from several Middle Eastern and Arab countries. Today, Hamas accepted the first phase of the plan but did not respond regarding disarmament or post-war governance arrangements. If the US suggestion is followed, the Islamic Resistance Movement's military and administrative power will be completely dismantled, with local technocrats handling administration and international stabilization forces responsible for security. After the transition period, to whom will power be transferred? Whether peace is feasible still depends on the choices and compromises of all parties involved.
