At the forum, I delivered a report entitled &quot;Professional Training of Public Affairs Talents,&quot; sharing talent development strategies for cross-domain governance based on my nearly ten years of experience in training professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This conference adopted a &quot;one conference, two locations&quot; format, with participants traveling from the Qin-Macau Cooperation Zone to the University of Macau campus, experiencing firsthand the institutional convenience of &quot;one country, two systems.&quot; Faced with rising public expectations and the impact of emerging technologies, traditional &quot;generalist&quot; administrative thinking is no longer sufficient. We must use down-to-earth, easily understandable practical language to deconstruct complex policy logic.
