We emphasized four key traits of modern\nleadership: a hunger to learn, strong communication, a sense of responsibility, and the\ncourage to innovate.\nOne student asked how to handle criticism from peers or society. I shared my own approach:\nstart by understanding others\u2019 perspectives, clearly articulate your reasoning, and most\nimportantly\u2014build trust through consistent action.\nWitnessing these intergenerational conversations reminded me that leadership isn\u2019t about\nhaving all the answers. It\u2019s about staying grounded in your values while remaining open to\ngrowth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for the invitation to the &quot;Hong Kong 200&quot; program of the Youth Association Leadership Academy.
