In the past year, my team has examined whether students&#039; growth indicators and career plans are consistent with future workplace needs, and also helped employers rethink their talent selection standards and training strategies. In the &quot;Growth Indicators for Primary and Secondary School Students&quot; dialogue at the &quot;21st Century Education Forum 2025&quot;, I shared my research results with researchers and practitioners from different fields and faced a core question: When Hong Kong&#039;s economic structure transforms and global workplace demands change dramatically, can the current education indicators still effectively guide student growth?
